CAN I REQUEST A SWATCH BOOK?
We do offer Trade Program Swatch Binders! Please contact us at hello@loomdecor.com and request a Trade Program Binder today.
CAN I ADD MORE CUSTOM DETAILS TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! We can incorporate custom details like trim, contrasting piping, borders, unique pleat styles, and more. You’re also welcome to use our fabrics and supply your own trim or border for a fully personalized touch. Feel free to email us for pricing and more information on how to get started.
CAN YOU DO CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL (COM)?
Yes we are happy to accept COM orders! Please contact us at hello@loomdecor.com with your measurements, selections, and link to the fabric for pricing and more information about COM orders.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS NOT SHOWN ONLINE?
Yes! Our workroom has the capability to make almost any custom home decor item. To order something not yet online, contact us at hello@loomdecor.com with an inspiration photo and measurements to receive pricing.
WILL YOU COME MEASURE/INSTALL?
While Loom Decor doesn’t offer in-home measuring or installation services, we provide detailed step-by-step guides for easy reference, along with access to an experienced stylist who has successfully guided clients through measurements and design decisions through virtual design consultations for years.
WHERE WILL I SEE MY DISCOUNT APPLIED?
All prices listed on our website reflect retail pricing unless we have an ongoing sale/promotion. Your trade discount will automatically apply in your shopping cart, just check below your subtotal to see the total discount reflected.
CAN I STACK MY TRADE DISCOUNT WITH ANOTHER DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply multiple discount codes simultaneously. Only one discount can be applied at a time during the checkout process. Please note, if a stacked discount is applied we will cancel the order or ask for payment for the remaining balance.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
We generally do not provide expedited production due to our handmade production process, which always includes a lead time of 10 - 28 business days. However, once your items are finished, we can arrange expedited shipping upon completion of your order.
With that said, feel free to email us - if we have the fabric on hand, we’ll do our best to work some magic and complete your order promptly. Please note, a rush fee will apply!
CAN MY CLIENTS PLACE ORDERS THEMSELVES AND RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, we cannot apply your discount if your client orders directly. You can, however, use a client’s credit card to pay directly for a purchase as long as you are logged in to your account.
