They say great things take time, and when it comes to handcrafting your custom decor, we have to agree. Still, we strive to get your custom pieces to you as soon as possible. For specific estimated ship dates refer to the specific product page, your cart or your order review. Below is a general breakdown of expected ship dates (not including the shipping time itself):
If you choose free shipping, items will ship standard ground service (usually UPS) for delivery in 3 – 5 business days after the item ships out. Please note your items may ship separately.
If you have questions about when your items will ship out or arrive, please contact a Stylist.
All samples ship within one day of your order via USPS. They should arrive in 4 – 7 business days from the time you order. Unfortunately, samples do sometimes get lost in the mail, so please contact a Stylist if you have not received your samples within 7 business days of your order.
You should receive an email shipping confirmation with tracking number when your custom items or hardware ship. Your tracking number can also be found on the order review page in your account.
Unfortunately tracking is not available for swatch orders.
You can choose to expedite the shipping of your products by choosing UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day under the Shipping Methods section during checkout. You will need to enter your full address before these shipping methods will appear. Keep in mind that the item will not ship until the expected ship date listed.
In some cases we can expedite order production, subject to fabric availability and for an additional fee. If you need to place a rush order, please contact a Stylist.
Expedited shipping is not available to Canada. Please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping delays due to the shipping service, weather and the like.
O Canada! We are so excited to finally be able to ship to you. Your items will ship free via UPS International. Allow 10-14 days after expected ship date for delivery.
Canadian customers will need to pay UPS a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus any applicable duties and taxes, at the time of delivery. You also can call UPS ahead of time at 1-800-742-5877 to pay these charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the US Territories or foreign countries other than Canada at this time. If you have countries you would like to see Loom to ship to, please contact us with your suggestion and we will look into it.
We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes at this time. Please be sure to enter a physical address when ordering to ensure there are no delays in getting started on your order!
Because we start making your custom items immediately, your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Prices are in US dollars. Orders that are shipped to Tennessee or New York are subject to sales tax on the merchandise and shipping total, in accordance with local and state laws.
