We believe you should LOVE your home - and every Loom piece in it. If you're not delighted with your purchase, you can return any unused items (yes, even custom products!) within 120 days of purchase for full Loom credit. Plus, as a thank you for being a part of our preview period, return shipping within the Continental US is on us.
We know how it is...it takes time to decide if something is going to work in a room, so we give you 120 days from purchase to return your item. However, we cannot accept used or damaged merchandise.
After receiving your return, we issue you Loom credit in the amount of the returned item and send you an email confirmation. You can see your total credit at anytime in your account and apply the credit during checkout.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, simply complete the Returns Form on your packing slip, include it in a package along with the unused item(s), and take it to a local UPS store. For free returns shipping, use the pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS label provided.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, please include the Returns Form provided and send your items to: Loom Decor, 316 Polk Avenue, Nashville, TN 37210. Please note Loom is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns if you use a personal shipping method.
